Sri Lanka, Mauritius or Phuket?

thinking of takinga 14 night all inclusive break next July (end of) into August. Not sure where to choose. Sri Lanka seems to be cheaper whereas mauritius is most expensive. We like beautiful beaches, good food, relaxation and seeing some culture and doing some day trips.
