Paula Deen Apple Recipe?

What is the exact recipe for Paula Deen's spiced apple recipe where you core the apples and fill them with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg then bake them. Also, they come with caramel sauce recipe. I made them once out of one of her cookbooks (which I have seemed to misplace) and I've looked everywhere on the internet. Thanks!
