Have you noticed that the Orioles are more active this offseason?

The Orioles are looking up, that's for sure. They're not yet ready to compete in the AL East, but would be competitive in a couple other division (NL Central anyone?). With some new talent and a competant manager, they're moving up in the world. The only problem is, they have a lot of ground to cover. Still, if they can post a few years with winning records, they'll start to attract free agents again, and not be seen as a cancer to avoid.
