I have a HP i paq pda H1915 and cant figure it out!?

I� am trying to see how can i connect to the internet i have vista on my computer and so i tried to connect the PDA to the computer but it still wouldnt connect to the internet and i cannot get the aPDA to link to the computer to add files, also how can i transfer my files in PSW and Excell from the pda to my computer. Help will be greatly appreciated.
