Is there a website for commercials?

IMDB.com is the Internet Movie Database. This site tells you what actors are or were on what shows and movies. Is there a place like this for television commercials? For example, there is an actress on a new Jack in the Box commercial that I have seen on a Progressive Insurance commercial. I think she is the sister to the actress that plays Flo on Progressive, and I want to find out.
