Alligator on a unicycle.....possible?

The circus will be coming to town shortly and I've always dreamed of leaving my boring 9-5 job and joining one. Thing is, I need a novelty act to impress them that's not been done before. Would it be possible to train an alligator to ride a specially adapted unicylcle? How intelligent are they? Obviously I'd wire its jaws/or extract its teeth with pliers.
