Is democracy dying in India and its time to switch it to dictatorship?

No, it died on 22.7.2008, at around 7.15 pm IST but declared dead after 2 hours at New Delhi. But the corpse is yet to be buried and it is usual to beg showing destitute corpse in India, like doing politics in the names ghandi, nehru etc.,, which is a form of dictatorship, as it involves compelling electorate to vote for them.
