How can I lose weight FAST?

first off, if you're not 18, they won't sell you over the counter pills. But if you start a diet and exercise program now, and stick with it, you should be able to lose those extra pounds in time. Count your calories, I have started writing everthing down that I am eating and it makes a huge difference-you don't really realize how much you are eating unless you add it all up on paper, plus, it makes you think about what you really are putting into your mouth!! Just try not to go below 1200 calories a day b/c it will just slow your metabolism and you won't burn caloies as fast.
